Do you have a warranty?

Yes, all our carpets come with a warranty that covers any manufacturing problems, like issues with the tufting or yarn quality. This doesn’t include normal wear and tear or damage from improper care, but if you notice anything wrong with how the carpet was made, let us know and we’ll make it right.
