Can I return or exchange my carpet if I change my mind?

Since each carpet is made specially for you, we can’t accept returns unless there’s something wrong with how it was made. That’s why we take extra time at the start to make sure you’re completely happy with your design choices. If you notice any problems when your carpet arrives, tell us right away and we’ll sort it out.
